Show NOTICE OF MORTGAGE SALE. Notice is hereby given that under and by virtue of a certain challel mortgage mort-gage bearing date January 5th, A. D., 1914, and filed in tho ofllce of the County Recorder of Iron county, State of Utah, and entered at page 250 of Book A of the records in said County Recorder's office, which snid mortgage was duly renewed by affidavit as required re-quired by law within thirty days after the expiration of one year from the said date thereof, and in which said mortgage J. Thomas Kerr, of Cedar City, Iron County, State of Utah, and David G. Wolfskill, of Los Angeles, California, aro the mortgagors, and Bank of Southern Utah, a corporation corpora-tion under tho laws of tho State of Utah, is mortgagee, which said mortgagee mor-tgagee is doing a general banking business at said Cedar City, Iron County, State of Utah, which said chattel mortgage was given to sccuro the payment of a certain promisory note made, executed and delivered by tho said J. Thomas Kerr and David G. Wolfskill, and S. A. Higbee, T. J. Jones, H. W. Lunt and J. G. Pace to the said Bank of Southern Utah, dated January 5th, 1914, in the sum of $800.00 with interest from said date at the rate of eight per centum per annum, principal and interest payable at Bank of Southern Utah, Cedar City, Utah, and upon which said note there is now due the sum of $662.33. Tho personal property, goods and chattels mentioned in said mortgage and hereinafter here-inafter described, will bo sold at public nuction to tho highest and best bidder, for cash, at the front door of tho City Hall in Cedar City, Cedar Precinct, Iron County, Utah, on Tuesday, the 25th day of April, A. D. 1916, commencing com-mencing at tho hour of twelve o'clock noon of said day, said personal property, prop-erty, goods and chattels so to bo told aro described as follows, to wit: One Gasoline Caterpillar Traction Engine, No. 1691; one set Davis Disc Plows, Nos. 171 and 172; one Brush Grubbing Machine; and eight Oil Drums.
