House Joint Resolution No. 1, roposing to umend the Constitution of tho tate of Utah up adding Section S to Article XJtII. has been passed by both Houses of this Legislature, and tiled with the Secretary of ItaW: and Whereas, the engrossed copy thereof differs 6 a certain important respect from the reso-tlon reso-tlon as actually paused by both Houses, in that in the sixth line of Section 8, as proposed, pro-posed, after the word "nature" the words '"and 11 malt and brewed drinks" were omitted from said engrossed copy.
