Jones, whose post office address is Cedar City, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909 and 1911, to appropriate ap-propriate one-tenth (.1) of a cubic-foot of water per second from Smith Spring, Iron County, Utah.
