Show OBITUARY. Mrs. F. W. Davis, until a month ago a resident of Denver, died in Kansas City last week. She was the sister of Sister Dolorine, superioress of St. Mary's academy in Denver. Mrs. Davis Da-vis came to this city a few years ago from St. Louis, and Mr. Davis associated asso-ciated himself with the Colorado Fuel & Iron company. Mrs. Davis' health was not good and she was lonely for the state of Missouri, where she had spent most of her life. A month ago they moved to Kansas City. Last week Sister Dolorine was passing through that place on her way to Loretto, Ky., to attend the election of a new mother moth-er general for the Lorettlne order, and stopped to visit with Mrs. Davis. Mrs. Davis was in exceedingly bad health and passed away while Sister Dolorine was with her. She was a woman of splendid character, kind and gentle, and had the ability to make friends and keep them. During the few years she lived in Denver she made many warm friends, and the news of her death has brought sadness sad-ness to them. She was buried in St. Louis, where "a married daughter resides, re-sides, and where the family formerly made Its home. Mrs. Rose Mary Gordon, wife of C. W. Gordon, died at Mercy hospital on Saturday last. The funeral was held with high mass from Logan Avenue church on Monday morning. Father J. F. McDonough, who attended Mrs. Gordon, giving her the last rites of the church, preached the funeral sermon. ser-mon. George F. Sahm of Salt Lake City died on Wednesday, July 6, at St Joseph's Jo-seph's hospital. He was buried Sunday Sun-day afternoon in Mount Olivet cemetery, ceme-tery, the funeral arrangements being in charge of the Woodmen of the World. Burial service was read In St. Leo's church. 5JC The funeral of Mrs. Lena LItmen, who died on Saturday, July 9, at the home of George Champion, 3441 Clay street, was held on Tuesday with high requiem mass at St. Dominic's church. Burial was in Mount Olivet cemetery. Mrs. Litmer had but recently corne from Cincinnati and was making her home in Jefferson, Colo. Miss Mary Crimmins passed away on Tuesday, July 5, at her home on Clay street and West Forty-eighth avenue. Her funeral was held on Friday Fri-day from Logan Avenue chapel and was attended by Immaculate Conception Concep-tion Cathedral branch No. 902, Ladies' Catholic Benevolent association, of which she was a member. Interment was in. Mount Olivet cemetery. sc se The funeral of Mrs. Ella T. Bennett, who died on Wednesday, July 6, occurred oc-curred on Saturday from the home, 3246 Gilpin street. Requiem mass was read at Annunciation church by Rev. Father Burke. Burial was in Mount Olivet cemetery. Mrs. Bennett is survived sur-vived by her husband, Frank Bennett, and three sisters, Mrs. John E. Wltte, Mrs. John Murphy and Mrs. Peter Crouse of Central. , Mildred Arnold, the baby daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Walter E. Arnold, died on Thursday, July 8, at the family fam-ily home, 752 Elati street. Funeral service was read Saturday afternoon In St. Joseph's church. Interment was in Mount Olivet cemetery. ' P. T. McNulty of 688 Galapagos street died at his home on Tuesday, July 5, at the age of 50 years. 'most of which time had been spent in Colorado. Col-orado.
