PRINCIPAL place of business, Salt Lake City, Utah-Notice Utah-Notice Is hereby given that at a meeting of the directors of the Pinehurst company, com-pany, held on the 16th day of October, 1903, an assessment of five (J3.00) dollars per share was levied' on the outstanding capital stock ofthe Pinehurst company, a corporation, payable immediately to J. R. Bruff, secretary, at the office of the Utah Soap company, Salt Lake City, Utah. Any stock upon which this assessment may remain unpaid on the 23d day of November, 1908, will be delinquent and advertised for sale at public auction, and unless payment thereof is made before, will be sold on the 14th day of December, 190S, at 12 o'clock noon, to pay the delinquent delin-quent assessment, together with the costs of advertising and the expense of sale.
