The London papers report a good deal of buying in a quiet way, and silver stocks are being brought forward and seem to be coming in favor again, Broken Hill stocks especially having been the subject es-of an active rise. On the surface no pecial reason for a rise in silver can be given; there is no lack of supplies, no especial demand from the East, and no Monday 67y8c probability that one will soon come.
