Air Force Missile Maintenance Manager of the Year in the Junior Manager category. He received the award last Thursday from Maj. Gen. P. Thomas Stafford, commander of the 1969 Apollo X X moon mission, who flew to Hill AFB for the presentation from his headquarters at Edwards AFB where he is now commander of the Air Force Flight Test Center. Capt. Strong was cited for Col. Jerry D. Bowline(r), 6514th Test Squadron Commander, accepts the flag accompanying the Air Force Outstanding Unit Award from Maj. Gen. Thomas P.
