He was president of the Utah Art Eductors Association 1960-196and in 1967 was named "Art Eductor of the Year" by the group. The work of Mr. Skanchy has received highest recognition at Utah State fairs and at local and California designer craftsman shows. Air Force plans to fill 55 of these authorizations before June 30. An additional 81 authorizations should be filled during the first quarter of fiscal year 1971.
