Show Page 3 HILL TOP TIMES rebruary 10, 1956 Safety Awards Presented In Maintenance Commander's Call Set for Feb. February's Commander's Call for officers of Hq 00 AM A, 284th ABW; 2700th EOD Sq; Detachment 4, 2700th EOD Sq; 2949th Support of call held Group; and make-u-p earlier by the hospital will be hald Tuesday, 21 February, Officers' Club lounge, beginning at 1500 hours. The new time for Commander's Call has been set so that it will not conflict with other scheduled meetings. And it will enable military personnel to attend during "normal duty hours." This month's movie is the concluding part of "We Saw it Happen," 29 minutes in length. It will show viewers progress of American aviation from post World War I up to the jet age. Fifteen safety awards were presented to Maintenance Engineering activities for outstanding safety records during the month of January. The awards were made by Major E. L. Venable, Maintenance Ground Safety Officer, as part of the intensive program they are conducting to reduce accident costs for 1936. Particular emphasis is being put on reduction of lost time in juries and property damage accidents.
