Biddle, inspector general's office, won for him a superior accomplishment pay increase. The honor was accorded him for superior work as chief of the technical inspection section, maintenance inspection branch, inspection division of the inspector general s office. Biddle, who transferred to Hill AFB from Spokane in 1947, was cited by his superiors for the ex ceptional way he "planned and conducted of the inspections maintenance engineering1 directo rate."
