In fact, on her birthday, they honored her with a special luncheon and even wrote a special 38 line poem telling of their feelings for her. Mrs. Vesta James was the boss-lad- y who was so honored. The poem started out this way, "We know a little lady. She is our Hillfield Boss. She's always so sweet and kind, we never see her cross. She goes about her duties with a smile upon her face. Mr. Meder is making the most of his first opportunity to become acquainted with his youngest granddaughter, Heidi, 1. Karen, 6, and Lorry, 4, accompanied their mother on an extended visit to her childhood home in Germany several years ago.
