In cases where there is no AAF separation base within 300 miles of the individual's home, he will be sent to the nearest practicable AAF separation base. The above policy in no way affects personnel utilizing TPA. Reenlistment furloughs to territory outside the limits of the continental United States may be granted by a post camp or station without being submitted to the War Department Adjutant General's Office for approval when the territory where furlough requested is in the theater in which enlistees will serve in the Regular Army. The soldier will be assigned to the nearest over-of seas replacement depot for shipment to the overseas theater his choice and entry will be made on the soldier's service record to the effect that reenlistment furlough has not been granted and that soldier desires furlough in the overseas theater of his assignment. The station originating such a reenlistment furlough must issue orders transferring the enlistee to a reception center in United States where the furterritory outside the continentaloverseas replacement depot from lough is to be taken or to the which such action would normally begin. The soldier will be granted a furlough in the overseas theater under the furlough policy of the theater commander. Hospital Insurance Policy Approved for Employees Only about 20 per cent of employes at Hill Field have taken ' advantage of the accident and hospital insurance which was made available on the field after being approved by the Employes' Welfare Association, according to Ted Olson, president of the Welfare Association Council. The policy was selected after a thorough study by the Welfare association into various health, accident and hospitalization insurance policies, and made avail- le on the field to employes 'to pplement the protection given to them on occupational accidents or diseases. The policy selected provides expenses for hospitalization from any cause except occupational accidents.
