The services of this unit are also available to all civilian personnel on any matters involving skill- - utilization, assignment or placement. An employe who has a question or problem relating to the use being made of his skills, is free to consult the placement advisors. As far as it is practical and possi ble, it is the intention of this unit to place all personnel in positions exercising their maximum proficiency. The central placement ad the emvisory unit is located in branch at ployment and placement the clockhouse and is under the immediate supervision of Marvin E. Smith. for each division are located as follows: room 18 in maintenance administration building; second floor of supply administration building; central Dlacement unit in the clockhouse for the employes of personnel and base services, and headquarters and staff offices.
