On the occasion of the second Anniversary of the Women's Army corps, Walter H. Frank, commanding general, Air Service command, and Brig. Gen. Morris Berman, OASC commanding general, issued the following salute to corps members: "Two years ago, a handful of American women were wearing ikhaki for the first time," General Frank recalled. 'Today the U. S.
