Carrot Cake 1J2 cup white sugar xk cup brown sugar IV4 cup oil by Mrs. I- 94th birthday party ISl - i 3 1 eggs small can pineapple and juice 3 cups sifted flour 2 tsp. baking powder ?i tsp. salt 2 cups grated raw carrots 1 cup white raisins 1 cup chopped walnuts 1 tsp. cinnamon 2 tsp. vanilla Cream sugar and oil, add one egg at a time, beat well after each addition. Add pineapple, sift flour with remaining dry ingredients. Add to cream mixture. Add carrots, raisins, nuts and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into greased and well floured bundt or angel food pan. Bake 70 minutes at 325 degrees or until done. Cool and top with frosting. Cream Cheese Frosting V4 cup butter 1 pk. cream cheese 1 tbls. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 2xk cups powdered sugar.
