Helper librarian submits report Helper librarian, Iola Cobain, submitted the following annual library report to the Utah State Library Commission in Salt Lake City and to the city covering July 1, 1972 to June 30, 1973. The library is open five days a week for four hours a day, 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thirty-thre- e and four periodicals newspapers, the Helper the Journal, Catholic Register and Desert news are available to students and the public. During the year, 250 adult and 155 children's books were added to the library, many of which were donated by Senator Frank Moss and others by local people. A total of 6,662 adultbooks, 6,346 children's books and were 1,249 magazines circulated during the year.
