Dalpiaz has been to his 31st consecutive term as president of the local Italian-America- n fraternal lodge, Stella D'America, Lodge No. 77, of the Columbian Increased postal rates increases proposed will raise the cost of first class letters from eight cents per ounce to ten cents an ounce and air mail rates from eleven cents an ounce to thirteen cents an ounce.
