Commonly ferred to as graduation exercises by students and parents, the exercises are actually a formal expression to the students that they have successfully completed junior high school requirements and are now eligible to transfer to the next step in higher learning, senior high school. School officials cordially invite the general public to attend this program in the school's new auditorium. Program The program will start with a musical number by the school band under the direction of Owen Burgener, followed by the opening prayer by Pat Jones. Next will be an address by the class president, Joann Matjcb; vocal solo, jane McKendrick; Duffy; piano reading, Agness solo, Katherine Casey. Presentation of the "American Legion Award" will be made by Stanley Litizzette, district commander, followed by a talk to the students by him. The American Legion poster award will be made by Mrs. vera Litizzette. presentation oi me outsw.ua-- , ing Achievement award, and thej honor students will be made by j Principal George Pizza. Next will be a tap dance toy I "TEEN-AGER- LATE HOUR LAW " One dra Craig; Newspaper award by Mr. Webb; vocal solo by M?rie Aplanalp. Following these awards the tenth grade girls chorus will sing under the direction of Mrs. Melba Hyatt; piano solo by Barbara Daniels; address by Student Body president, Paul Carr, and the closing prayer by Blain Morgan.
