Schonian, manager of Utah State Press Association is scheduled to address the second President's Highway Safety Conference in Wash ington, D.C. The conference, of which Major General Philip B. Fleming is chairman, is meeting June 18, 19 and 20, with Bafety delegates from every (state in the country, headed by the jtate governors, assembling to discuss an action program for meeting the accident reduction goal set by the President. "President Truman has fixed the saving of at least 10,000 lives through the reduction of traffic accidents, as the minimum goal of the President's Safety Conference," General Fleming said in announcing the conference.
