IPaj STREET CARNIVAL The American Legion Is going to sponsor a street carnival here in Helper the week starting Monday, April 2fith. It is the American Legion Spring Festival and the Legion members are to huve complete charge of the affair. The funds that are derived from this are going to be used for child welfare and junior baseball. The Legion members are trying to do their very best to have a good junior baseball team in Helper this year and are planning on spending quite a sum of money on the organization. The Legion will appreciate the support of the public at this carnival and invite everybody to attend, have a good time and at the same time help support the - Utah Fuel Co. Mr. Homer Thomas, formerly of Castle Gate, now working in San Francisco, visited here with relatives last week. Mr. and Mrs. C. S. Smith and son have left here for the Northwest where they will make their home on account of Mrs. Smith's health. Mr. and Mrs. Homer Healy, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Hilton and Jack Hilton were, called to Salt Lake because of the death of Mrs. Joe Hilton.
