The route will cover a distance of approximately five miles south of Helper, extending from the city limits thra and including the town of Spring" Glen to the Gunderson property on the Helper-Pric- e highway. To the north the carrier service will include the districts outlying tn city limits, the town of Martin and as far north as the Plastero property. Immediately after July 1st. Postmaster Simonsen will take up the matter of rural delivery for Helper with the proper auOlen and Martin vlcinites thorities. Preliminary surreys favor the granting of such a service to the community, with the postal receipts meriting free delivery, and the houses and streets numbered and ready for the service. Instruction regarding the in stallation of the proper mail receptacles have been received in the Helper office from Arch Coleman, first assistant Postmaster f congeneral.
