The ride will be sanctioned by the North American Trail Ride Conference and will be called the "Canyon Country Competitive Trail Ride or the Triple "C" Ride. The location will be in and around the San Rafael River Canyon, where it cuts through the San Rafael Swell, in the shadow of Window Blind Peak and Mexican Mountain.
