Ruth Stephens, Dragerton, Peggy Dimick, Ellen Bryner and Robert Mathis cf Price, and Glen Wells and Mike Willson of Wellington are the delegates. Jeri Lou Hebdon of be going as a Price will committee member who helped plan this Youth Conference. There will be approximately 200 youth delegates from coun ties throughout Utah. These young people learn leadership by getting in and putting on their own conference. They have chosen as their conference theme, "A Responsible Me in America."
