Purcell of Blooming-ton- , Indiana, as sergeant at arms for the convention of the National association of Postmasters to be held October 10 and 12, inclusive, at Washington, D.C. Mr. Walters at present Is serving his second term as president of Utah chapter of the national association. He and Mrs. Walters plan to leave for the east on October 2. In addition to attending the convention, they will visit the fair in New York City. At the convention, the Price postmaster is also scheduled to talk on the second day at a breakfast for the presidents of state chapters.
