On Thursday of last week four tables of bridge were played with prizes won by Mrs. James Bergera, Mis. R. A. Dart, Mrs. J. T. Kelley of Price and Mrs L. H, Merrill of Spring Canyon. On Saturday, of the sixteen guests who played, prizes were won by Mrs. D. K. Downey, Mrs. O. Maulsby, Mrs. D. C, Gibson and Miss Kathryn Dart.. Prize winners of the Tuesday meet were Mrs. D. K. Downey, Mrs. John Laboroi, Mrs. Frank Barboglio and Mrs. L. One hundred thousand stickers bearing the legend, "Build Utah Burn Coal." will be printed immedi ately and distributed for use on letterheads and other business forms. "Payment of this check is made possible through the use of coal" will be printed upon 50,000 stickers to be used on checks, while a (similar number will be printed for use on orders, these to bear the words, "This order is made possible through the use of coal." s To draw up for the new or ganization. Phone Hallowe'en Parties The J. O. Penney company held a delightful Hallowe'en banquet Monday evening at the Country club. Twenty-fivand their employes guests attended. Dancing followed the dinner. The BPW club held a costume party Tuesday evening at the home of Susan Maulsby. The merrymakers were dressed in costume, clever and original ones being worn by Mrs. Mary Pizza, who dressed as a pickaninny, and Adelia Baylesas Donald Duck. A group of friends sui prised Bud Laursen at a Hallowe'en party Monday evening at his home, the occasion being his birthday. Dancing was indulged in at the auditorium.
