MEMBERSHIP FEES: Membership fee of $2.50 must be paid to the Secretary before the first scheduled game. Failure to comply with tills section will necessitate forfeiture of all following scheduled pames until the fep ia properly paid. OFFICIAL PLAYIXO RULES: The National High School Federation rule book ia ereby adopted bv both the County ana City Leagues. STARTING OF GAMES: Penalties All teams must be on the playing floor within ten minutes of the scheduled starting time or the game will be forfeited, unless "the team present is notified of some unforaeen delay. OFFICIALS: Each team playing a regular scheduled game will he responsible for one referee who meets with the approval of both teams participating. BALL TO BE USED: The basketball to be used in each scheduled game will be chosen by the captains of the teams competing.
