BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HELPER, UTAH: That Section 473, Chapter 3:5, Revised Ordinances of Helper, 1925, be, and the game i.s hereby in its entirety, and a new ordinance t be known as Section 473 is heieby enacted as follows Section 473: Amount of Bond, The amount for which, the re spective officer shall give bond as above stated Khali be as follows: Councilman, Marshall, Attorney, Justice of the Peace, Superintendent of Light Department. Superintendent of Water Works, PhysiOne Thousand ($1000.00) cian, Dollars Each; Treasurer Fifteen Thousand ($15,000) Dollars; Recorder Ten Thousand $10,000) Dollars. This Ordinance shall take effect and be enforced on and after thirty (30) days from the date of approval hereof.
