On August 1, 1935 the commissioners met with the Board of Education and inquired why the Board had decided on the P.W.A. and only a building at the High, School. The Commissioners stated that the two mill levy was .approved by them o:y on the understanding that Helper, Kenil-wortWellington, and the High School were to be relieved. The County Attorney was directed to secure a ruling from the Attorney General of the SUrto of Utah. A copy of both tlv County Attorney's letter and the Attorney General's letter are enclosed.
