BROJKOVICH "NOT GUILTY" George Brojkovich was found not guilty by a jury in the district court Wednesday afternoon. The case was given to the jury after stirring pleus for and against conviction and the jury deliberated 40 minutes before reaching a decision. Brojkovich was found guilty in the city court of Helper following May day demonstrations last year, find was sentenced by City Judge M. W. Ross to pay a fine of $90. or to serve 90 days in the county jail. An appeal was taken to the district court, where the case has been pending for several months. Several other cases now on appeal in the district court from Helper, arising from similar alleged offenses, are expected to be tried during the current term of court.
