Scholes must one exercise in HOW much to be healthy? Much that is written and preached on this subject would lead us to believe that the enjoyment of good health depends largely on systematic exercise. It is generally accepted that a moderate amount of exercise is healthful. It improves the circulation, and favors the nutrition of the tissues and the elimination of waste from the body.
