General discussion of banking problems will follow an outline by Harry A. Wheeler, former vice president of the First National Bank of Chicago, and chairman of the banking committee of the United. States chamber of cor merce. Intermountain economic conference spokesmen are convinced that credit is the key to the present business problem in this area, and that thru cooperation of the varied intermountain enterprises with banking interests plans can be devised whereby development and reconstruction problems can be solved. What one community or one state or one business group cannot do, it Is confidently believed, the intermountain region, if united in spirt and purpose, can readily accomplish.
