Notice is hereby given that Helper City, Municipal Corporation, has made application In accordance with the requirements of Section 8, Chapter 67, Session Laws of Utah, 1919, to change the point of diversion of 1.17 c.f.s. of water from Price River in Carbon County, Utah. Said water has heretofore been diverted by virtue of what te known as the Morse Decree at a point 633 ft. N. and 1987 ft. E. of the SW cor. NW lr 4 Sec. 12, T. 13 &, R. 9 E., S. L. B. & M. and used for municipal purposes in the Town of Helper. It is now proposed to divert said water at a point which bears 1283 S. and 2090 feet "W. of the NE cor. of the SE 4 of Sec. 17, Twp. 12 S., R. 8 E., S. L. B. & M., and use aa heretofore for municipal purposes in the Town of Helper. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office aa File No. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reaaons therefor, must be by accomin duplicate, affidavit panied with a fee of $1.80, and filed in this office within thirty 30 days after the completion of the publication of this notice. 1-- COUSTY, Pleasant Evening Friday Bridge Club At Wallm Home A luncheon bridge party was the social diversion at the home of Mrs. C.
