Stutsman, an inoffensive old man, and a tailor by trade, who has been working in different tailor shops in the city for the past six or seven years, was the victim. His body was found btout a mile west of town this after moon.it haveing evidently been dragged there after he was killed.. His throt was cut from ear to ear, and his face - skined, evidently to prevent recognition.
