Show and was a private affair. Following the wedding Mr. and Mrs. Rosenval' visited Mexico and all of tho wintering winter-ing resorts in Southern California. They will make their home in Gunnison Gunni-son for the winter. o Some twenty-four guests were present at a well appointed afternoon parly given by Mrs. Sylvester Pierre at her home last Saturday. A delightful de-lightful time was sp-mi in playing "500" at which Mrs. Willis Chris-tensen Chris-tensen and Mrs. X. L. Hermansen were winners. Delicious refreshments refresh-ments were served. Mr. and Mrs. Rue Heath, who were married Wednesday of last week, were the recipients of two receptions, one on the evening of their marriage and one on Thursday evening. Both functions were largely attended by relatives and guests of the newly-weds, newly-weds, and Mr. and Mrs. Heath received receiv-ed many useful and beautiful presents. pres-ents. The decoration scheme was carried out with carnations and roses. o Mrs. Dolores Gates entertained at a dinner party last Sunday afternoon in honor of Mr. and Mrs. Dick Pac of Salt Lake. Other guests were Mr and Mrs. Ben Roper, Mr. and Mrs Leland Roper and Mrs. Roy Childs. Society i The Bonne-Foi club held its second social session at the home of Mrs. R. Edwards yesterday afternoon at which the members enjoyed a delightful time. During the "working" period the club members were entertain by a reading read-ing by Mrs. Niel Sorenson, the supject being "As a Man Thinketh." Refreshments Refresh-ments were served by Mrs. Edwards. The Bonne-Foi meets every two weeks and the next meeting will be at the home of Mrs. Sorenson. o The Social Circle club held a business busi-ness meeting at the home of Mrs. John E. Metcalf last Monday afternoon. after-noon. The members have planned holding regular meetings every two weeks and the next social function will be held at the home of Mrs. O. H. Halverson. Bombarding the home of Mr. and Mrs. John Jensen, twenty-five strong, the members of the Royal Neighbors agreeably surprised Mr. " and Mrs. Jensen last Monday evening. The affair was arranged by the Royal Neighbors and the surprise was complete. com-plete. An evening of "500" was royally roy-ally spent and every effort was put forth by the contestants to capture the prizes that had been offered. At the conclusion of the session of cards and when the awards were made Mrs. Arthur Christensen received a real mouse trap and Mrs. H. P. Jensen a large wooden cook spoon. Mrs. Jensen, Jen-sen, who is a member of the Neighbors, Neigh-bors, was presented with three pieces of silverware by the members of the order. Refreshments were served. Mr. and Mrs. Jensen will leave soon for Grace, Idaho, where they will reside. o Mr. and Mrs. Erick Rosenvall, after af-ter touring Southern California for two weeks or more, arrived in Gunnison Gunni-son last Saturday evening. Mr. Rosenvall, Ros-envall, when he left Gunnison some three weeks ago, did not make the announcement that he was going to the coast to claim Leown Needham Clayton, a former Salt Lake society woman, as his bride, and it was not until after the wedding, November Cth, that the announcement was made public.
