Show Former Resident Dies In California Funeral services for Ernest B. Westover, who died at his home in San Bernardino, Calif., Tuesday of last week, were conducted Saturday afternoon at the California city. Mrs. Chas. S. Hansen of Centerfield, Mrs. LaBriel Pickett of Gunnison, sisters of Mr. Westover, and Miss Ilean Hansen, a niece, who left here Wednesday Wed-nesday after the announcement of the death, were present at the final rites. ' Mr. Westover, 43 years of age, and a former resident of Gunnison, passed pass-ed away as a result of illness, which lasted for several years. He was born at Layton, Ariz., in June, 1891, son of Joseph Ernest and Marion Welker Westover, and was the eldest of j twelve children. The family came to the Gunnison valley in 1910, locating ' on a farm. September 30, 1915, Ernest Er-nest Westover was married to Miss Louie Bartholomew of Fayette in the Manti temple. For a number of years Mr. and Mrs. Westover resided in Gunnison, later moving to Bountiful. i For the past several years they had made their home at San Bernardino, where Mr. Westover passed away. Surviving are the widow six children, child-ren, Sheldon, Wendell, Beulah, Cecil, Lucile and Ruel Westover; ten brothers bro-thers and sisters, Mrs. Chas. S. Hansen Han-sen of Centerfield; Mrs. Leo Beck, Mrs. La Von Scott and Mrs. Horace Kunz of Los Angeles, Calif.; Angus Westover, Riverside, Calif.; Mrs. LaBriel La-Briel Pickett, Gunnison; Mrs. John Hansen, Warren Westover and La-Bertus La-Bertus Westover of Hemet, Calif., and Mrs. Hoyt Holmes of Lancaster, !
