Show Prominent Couple Married at Manti Announcement of the marriage of Chas. P. Peterson, one of Gunnison Valley's progressive farmers and stockgrowors, to Minda Peterson, socially prominent in Redmond and Sevier county, camn as a pleasant, surprise to the hosts of friends of the two. The marriage ceremony was performed by Ernell J. Mortenscn, county clerk, at Manti, Monday, December De-cember 28, in the presence of a few intimate friends. A few days following follow-ing the marriage, Mr. and Mrs. Peterson Pe-terson motored to Salt Lake, where they spent a short honeymoon ind were guests of relatiTes and friends. They have returned to Gunnison and will make their home on the Peterson j farm just at the southeast edge of I the city. The bride is an accomplished and charming woman and had resided 'n Redmond for a number of years. She has been a leader in social and church work and took an active part in social soc-ial and civic club work. Mr. Peterson is widely known in Southern Utah as one of the successful success-ful stockmen and farmers. He has made Gunnison his home since childhood child-hood and through his wonderful per-sonality per-sonality has' gained a wide friendship in the business world.
