It was needed, need-ed, and taking as a criterion the patronage so far Mr. Fjeldsted has done the right thing to make the venture instead of leaving it for some one from outside. Success, Len. Halverson is rustliugthe band boys and their practising this week more than puts life in the town. The band is going to give us some good ruuBic ou the Twenty fourth, having just received a number of new pieces. If it were only possible to keep the organization going, how nice it would be. An occasional afternoon concert would be enjoyed in the open air during and after the ball game if no other time could be selected. |
