Elevator Drops Six Floors, in the Land Title Building of Philadelphia. Philadelphia. District Attorney John C. Hell, assistant City Solicitor larry T. Kingston and William Horn of Col lings wood, N. J., were seriously njured Monday by a fall of an elevator In the Land Title building, the highest building in the city. Mr. Hell sustained a compound fracture of a leg, Mr. Kingston suffered both legs fractured and Mr. Horn was injured about the body and received lacerations of the scalp. District Attorney Hell and Assistant Solicitor Kingston hail been in conference in Mr. Hell's private olliee on the thirteenth floor of the building, and were on their way to their offices in the city .hall. The elevator operator, the only other occupant or the ear, escaped with slight, injuries. The elevator dropped from the sixth floor to the basement. The cause of the accide nt is unknown.
