Show HEAVENS, WHAT A FATE. American Soldiers to Be Starved to Death in France, Says Kun. London. The German editor of the Gazette de Lorraine publishes a long article on the Americans. Fie admits that a million American troops are now in France ; but this fact, he says, is due entirely to Hindenhurg's prearranged prear-ranged plan of allowing American troop ships to cross the Atlantic unmolested un-molested by German submarines. Hindenburg, he states, is waiting until the Americans .suffered their first military mili-tary defeat on the French front, in order to form a formidable barrage of submarines in the Atlantic, thus cutting cut-ting off their communications from America and starving out the American Ameri-can army in France. |
