Show i Fayette. : Nov. IS. On tomorrow night, Nov. 19 in the Fayette amusement hall the Mutual Improvement associations of this ward will put on a comedy drama entitled "Daughter of the Desert." What proceeds are derived will go to replenish the treasury funds of both the associations. Wilford J. Eeese and Alma Gee have in hand the management man-agement while the cast is well placed. The John and James Mellor Genealogical Genea-logical society will meet in Fayette ! next Wednesday, in the forenoon at the meetinghouse for the transaction of business and at one o'clock in the afternoon at the amusement hall to partake of banquet and enjoy a general social to include dancing. Printed invitations have been sent to some seventy families residing in various va-rious parts of the state and elsewhere to attend. A dance will take place at night to which the general public is invited at the usual charge. Comprising Com-prising the committee in charge are Joseph Mellor, Clarence Bown, R. R. Hill, Mrs. Archie Mellor, Mrs. Hyrum Domgaard and Mrs. Clarence Bown. A married folks' party, under the direction of the Mutuals will be given in the amusement hall next Monday, Nov. 22. A program, commencing at 2 p. m. will be followed bv supper to be served all the married ' people, of the ward. In the evening will be a dance, 'free to all both old and young, All are invited tot attend. The committee com-mittee in charge are Wilford J.Reese, Alma Gee, Flossie Mellor. Perl Hill and Ruby Robinson. Bishop Mellor and wife are Salt Lake visitors this week. |
