REINFORCED CONCRETE DISTRIBUTION DIS-TRIBUTION TANK, GUNNISON, GUNNI-SON, UTAH. Sealed bids for the furnishing of materials and construction of a reinforced rein-forced concrete distribution tank for the Gunnison Water Works System, will be received by the undersigned, at Gunnison, Utah, until 8 o'clock p. m. on the 11th day of May, 1910. The approximate quantities of materials ma-terials and labor are as follows: 690 cubic yards of excavation. 377 cubic yards of reinforced concrete con-crete 13S feet of cast iron water pipe, and fitting. 80 feet of oast iron soil pipe, and fiittings. 70 feet of wood stave pipe, and fittings. fit-tings. Plans, specifications and form of contract may be seen on application to the mayor, John M. Knighton. Bidders desiring the exclusive use of a set of plans and specifications, may obtain post paid copies, upon reasonable notice to and at the discretion dis-cretion of said mayor, John M. Knighton, Knigh-ton, and depositing a certified check, payable to the Treasurer of Gunnison City, for the sum of $5.00 Said check will be returned upon the receipt of the said set of plans and specifications in good order not later than May 11th, 1916. Bids shall be made on forms furnished fur-nished by Gunnison City, for that purpose, enclosed in a sealed envelope, addressed to the undersigned, and marked with the bidder's name and address, and also 'Bid on Distribution Distribu-tion Tank." Each bidder must submit with his bid a certified check, payable to the Treasurer of Gunnison City, for a sum equal to b of the total of the bid; such check to be forfeited to Gunnison City in case the bidder fails to execute a contract of the proposed form and contents and furnish the bond required by law, within 15 days, in case the contract is awarded to him.
