At a term o the Juvenile Court held at Nephi City, Dec. 29, 193, 20 boys were brought before Judge Burton Bur-ton accused of having Intoxicating liquor li-quor in their possession, being drunk, stealing liquor from under bridges, which had been left by older boys. The evidence disclosed the fact that-the that-the boys who came home from school at Salt Lake broght the liquor or wine with them. J udge Burton has agreed to accomnauy the boys to Salt Lake City, where lie expects to land the men who are soliciting sales of liquor at the Salt Lake depot as the boys are leaving for their homes to spend their vacation. , Eight of the boys were exonerated and released by the court. One boy was parolled and the commitment com-mitment is issued and delivered to tbe Probation officer with instruction to deliver the boy to the Industrial school at Ogden, Utah, if ever he commits another offence. C'ite boy was lined $25, and ten are lined $10 each. One boy was ordered to start to school immediately after the holiday recess Times (Iscphi).
