That the assessment list made by the City Treasurer as corrected, cor-rected, approved and completed by the , Board of Equalization and Review, heretofore duly appointed by the City Council for that purpose, of the property prop-erty 'n Lots 1, 2, 6, 7 and 8, Block 20; in Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 19; in Lots 1 and 2, Block 18, and In Lots 1, 2, 3 j and 4, jock 17, all in P -t "B," abut- ting on Seventh South street between Fourth East and Eighth East streets, nnd on Fifth East street between Sixth South nnd Seventh South streets, in Sewer Districts Nos. 1 and 2, of Salt Lake City, for the purpose of constructing: con-structing: sewers upon said portions of said streets, is hereby confirmed, and the assessments made and returned In said completed lists are hereby confirmed. con-firmed.
