NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the regular annual meeting of the stockholders of the Alice Gold and Silver Sil-ver Mining Company, for the election of directors and officers for the ensuing en-suing year, will he held at the office of the company, in the Utan Savings & Trust Building, Salt Lake City, Utah, on Tuesday, the 11th day of January, 1910, between the hours of ten o'clock a. m. and five o'clock p. m. Notice is hereby given 'that at a meeting of the board of directors held on December 13, 1909, an assessment assess-ment of one and one-half (lc) cents per share was levied on the outstand- , ing capital stock of the corporation, payable immediately to Ray S.
