An ordinance amending Section 568 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City. Be It ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah: Section 1. That Section 568 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City be, and the same hereby is amended so as to road as follows: Section 5C8. The Recorder shall have power to appoint, during the term for which ho Is elected, subjoct to confirmation confir-mation by the Council, the following! deputies and assistants: One Deputy Recorder, who shall also' act as Clerk of the City Council Committees, Com-mittees, at a salary of twelve hundred ($1,200) dollars per annum; Throe Deputy Recordors, two of whom shall act as clorks of the City Court, at a salary of ton hundred and eighty ($1080) dollars per annum; and one of whom shall act as clerk of the Juvonilo Court, at a samry of nine hundred ($900.00) dollars per annum; Two Clorks, at a salary of nine hundred hun-dred ($000.00) dollars each, por annum; an-num; Two stenographers for the City Court, at a salary of sovon hundred and twenty ($720.00) dollars each por annum, all of which salaries shall bo paid monthly as are the salaries of other city employees. R. Smith to said I. G. Glosz at Salt Lake City, Utah, and that no part thereof has been paid, and said I. C. Glosz claims and has a lion upon said seal coat for said sum of $95.00 under and In virtue of said section 1404, and claims and has tho right to offer for sale and sell said seal coat to pay the said sum of $95.00. Now, therefore, in virtue of the promises and by authority of law vested in said I. C. Glosz by virtue of the laws of tho State of Utah, the said I. C.
