The Hoard reserves the right to reject any and nil bids All that certain piece or parsel of land in the County of Jlox Klder, State of Utah, known and designated as lot No. 1, Block No. 7. Iloneyville Townsite Survey, according to the official plat thereof in tho olllcs of the County Ite-cordcroftaid Ite-cordcroftaid County, together with a rock building 20 by -10ft, one story high, together with all other appurtenances belonging to said land or uted in connection con-nection thcrcwi.h. Also one ncro of land with a rock building build-ing thereon, situated in tho southeast.
