JOINT RESOLUTION PROPOSING TO AMEND SECTIONS 2. .3 AND 4 OF ARTICLE IX OF THE CONSTITUTION OF UTAH BY CHANGING THE CONSTITUTION OF THE LEGISLATURE EACH COUNTY OF THE STATE A SENATORIAL DLSTUKT. BY REAPPORTIONING REPRESENTATIVES AMONG THE SEVERAL COUNTIES OF THE STATE ACCORDING TO THE 1950 CENSUS. AND BY AUTHORIZING THE LEGISAS LATURE TO DECREASE WELL INCREASE AS THE NUMBER OF REPRESENTATIVES. Re it rosolved by the legislature s of the State of Utah, of all member elected to each house therein: concurring Section 1.
