Good Neighbor Policy There are people who pride themselves on being good neighbors, keep their homes and premises attractive but when spring comes and the urge to clean up prevails, they forget themselves, load tin cans and rubbish and sometimes garbage into their trucks or cars, drive out along some side road and dump the refuse on the highway or on someones property. That not only is poor citizenship hut an example of being a poor neighbor. Here in Magna, regular cleanup service and unwanted items, trash and rubbish are hauled away free. Last week a farmer in Hunter happened to see a man drive along a side road and dump the rubbh along the highway adjoining his land. That was a practical way of teaching the careless man to be a good neighbor.
