Marian Hansen was in charge of the guest book and Ellen Cluff, LaVerne Empey, Mrs. Hy Empey and Joyce Empey were in charge of the gift room, with Carol Hickman marking notations in the gift book. Presiding over the serving room was Mrs. Ulva Rydalch. The newlyweds left Sunday for Big Springs, Texas, where the groom will be stationed with the Air Force. The nuptials united two prominent families. Both young people are well known in this vicinity. Mr. and Mrs. Mike Maez, companied by their son, Joe Maez, member of the United States Navy stationed at San Francisco, have returned home from California where they enjoyed a short vacation trip.
