The nature and extent of the improvements proposed to be made in the district include the construction of a grillwork of pipes for the purpose of supplying the residents of the district culinary water and for the installation of fire hydrants for the protection of the residents uf the district at an estimated cost or $400,000. Any taxpayer within Granger-HuntImprovement District may on or before said date protest in writing against the inclusion of his property within said district, which prutest shall be filed with the County Clerk of Salt Lake County, Utah, and at the aforesaid time and place the Board of County Commissioners will give consideration to all protests which may have been so filed and will hear all persons desiring to be heard.
